Man City sign Arsenal striker Adebayor

Manchester City continued their spending spree with the signing of Arsenal striker Emmanuel Adebayor for an undisclosed fee believed to be around £25 million.

As the world was in sleep on friday night one of the least expected transfer took place that of E.Adebayor from Arsenal (North london) to East lands ie Manchester City.

Manchester City who are on a spending spree have already spent around 100 million pounds with the shock signing of Carlos Tevez from arch-rivals Manchester united,Gareth barry,Roque SantaCruz.

The transfer spree is to continue as their manager Mark Hughes is keen to sign John Terry from chelsea and J.Lescott from everton. This is possible as their wealthy Arab owner Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed al Nahyan has provided his manager with a lotof cash for this summer in order to make his club reach the top of English as well as European football and this has helped Man City beign considered the richest club in the world.


With the rumours in the transfer market to continue and if the rumours come true by chance then Man city will pose a serious threat to the top four position or they might even win the EPL.
