Arsenal vs SC Columbia FULL TIME RESULT

Just like the game at Barnet Arsene Wenger had made wholesale changes at half time. The second half lineup looked as follows:

Szczesny
Eboue
Traore
Gallas
Sagna
Toure
Denilson
Song
Senderos
Arshavin
Van Persie

Arsenal wasted less than ten minutes to inflict the first bit of punishment for the Columbians in the second half. Armand Traore's pacy run and subsequent cross was clearly handled by Potaltnik who gave the referee no choice to point to the spot. The rest was academic as Van Persie rifled the ball in the bottom right corner of the goal to put Arsenal 4-1. There was a rare incident in the second half which saw Wilshere and Ramsey come back on the pitch for Arshavin and Eboue. Shortly afterwards second half substitute Bakary Sagna whipped in an inch-perfect cross from the right and the Dutchman Van persie powers his header past the keeper from five yards. Van persie was involved once again as his free kick is nodded back into the mixer by Senderos and Gallas diverts the ball home from six yards. Arsenal wrapped up the rout on the 83rd minute when Ramsey grabbed his second of the game. Denilson's half-cleared corner was brought down by the Welshman and he thrashed in off the far post from 12 yards.
