The Magic Fairy

Once upon a time, there was a woman that really wanted to get married. There was one problem: she was too poor. Then, a few days later, a magic fairy appeared and said to the woman "I will grant you one wish". The woman wished that she had enough money for the wedding and the reception.

"Absolutley!" said the fairy.

That December, she had a lovely wedding.

Royal Wedding

The day that the Royal Wedding was on, Prince William and Kate Middleton were getting married. It was October and my favourite movie was on so I grabbed the remote and tuned in to my favourite movie. My ma said "Hey! I wanted to watch that!".

I said, "There will be plenty of replays". So I kicked back and enjoyed some delicious ice-cream. By Jonathan D

The Carnival

On a lovely sunny day in September, me and my mum got on a ride called the Ferris Wheel and we stopped at the top. Then we saw an extensive view of all of the carnival and after that ride, we rode everything else twice!

When we were finished, we pulled a taxi and the side of the road. We only had to wait about two minutes for the taxi - which was quick under the cicumstances because the carnival was SO busy!

Scared

One day, my sister was playing in her room when she saw a spider.

She got a big scare and shouted "Leon! Leon!"

So I ran in and said "What are you shouting for?"

She cried, "I've seen a bug!"

I answered, "It's a fly, not a bug or a spider, silly! Leave it alone and it can't hurt you."

The Evil Witch of the Grassy Pitch

When I was going to the pitch my granddad said "Where are you going?." "The pitch" I replied, "What pitch?", "The grass pitch" I said. "Ok, I will see you later."

So when I was at the pitch my friend asked "What foot do you shoot with?" , "Both of them" I told him, " But I am good in goals as well." So he asked me to go into goals.
When I was in goal I looked up and saw a witch! She came down and took my friend and I screamed "Oh No!! He was my only friend!" I went after her and grabbed on to the broom and flrew with the witch. She brought us to her house and licked us up in a cell.
Later on I looked out of the cell and saw that the weather was disgraceful. While we were sitting in the cell she was signing a contract. I asked her what hand she wrote with, she said her right. Then I asked when we’d be going home. "NEVER!!" she screamed! So I snatched the keys and when the witch was asleep I got out and ran for life. I said "Bye bye!" to the witch and threw her keys back at her. She chased me and I ran and said "Don’t touch mne you old, ugly witch!" She stopped running and said "Yeah I am really ugly" and she fell to the ground and the cold got to her so she died. We all lived happily ever after.

Our Stories

My Story
(Based on my spellings)

My uncle asked me "Would you like to go fishing?"
I said "Which rod will I be using?"

He answered, "I'll tell you when we get there."
We got to the harbour and we took out our rods and then threw the line in.
My Uncle said "I think I have something".
"What is it?" I asked.
"It's a salmon!" he answered.

I thought to myself, 'I could write a story about this...'
